The first joint project is the construction of the VIVA PARK Cieszyn retail park. The planned scheme in Cieszyn will comprise four buildings with a total lettable area of 6,758 m², each complemented by a shared recreation area and car park. The anchor grocery operator will be Biedronka, while the other tenants will be leading brands from the consumer electronics and household appliances, health and beauty, pet supplies, and clothing and sportswear sectors.
