Retail park in the border town of Cieszyn
VIVA PARK Cieszyn is located in the eastern part of the border town of Cieszyn, at ul. Stawowa 76–82, with direct access from the S52 expressway. The town has designated ul. Stawowa for the development of modern retail space. An Orlen petrol station, Auchan, Jysk and Neo Net are located close to the park.
Cieszyn lies on the Polish-Czech border, on the main road route leading from Scandinavia and the Baltic coast to the major cities of central and southern Europe. Over 15.97 million people and almost 4.4 million vehicles cross the border in Cieszyn each year. Cieszyn is an attractive retail and services centre for residents of the Czech border region.
High Capital Management and FineTech Construction formed a joint venture to build VIVA PARK in Cieszyn. The park has been open since 30 October 2025. The anchor tenant is Biedronka, alongside Media Expert, CCC, Sinsay, Pepco, Maxi Zoo and dm drugstore, among others. FineTech Construction, part of the Polpharma Group, has experience in designing and constructing real estate in Poland.
