Cukry Praga is a place with a rich history dating back to pre-war Warsaw, when it was home to the confectionery factory of F. Anczewski, an outstanding master confectioner. Today, this historic complex, often described in literature on Praga and Warsaw's industrial heritage, is undergoing revitalisation. The planned works include renovation of the buildings, adding storeys to the east outbuilding and refurbishment of the façades, while preserving the unique character of the site, which draws on industrial Gothic – a style valued by architects and history enthusiasts alike. The revitalisation aims to restore the lustre of this historic site, reflecting its former splendour and its significance for Warsaw's heritage.

As Arkadiusz Kownacki, President of the Management Board of High Capital Management (the management company of the Capital Group in which the project is being carried out), explains:

“The Anczewski factory is an important witness to history that deserves to regain its former glory. Like the ‘Koneser’ Vodka Factory or ‘Pollena Uroda’, Cukry Praga will undergo revitalisation, attracting architecture enthusiasts and investors. Unique lofts and commercial spaces will be created here, combining history with modernity to form an exceptional place to live and do business.”

The revitalisation will create spacious loft apartments and commercial units. Each will feature open-plan space, high ceilings and impressive industrial windows that let in plenty of natural light. The distinctive post-industrial architecture offers unlimited layout possibilities, tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Underground parking spaces and attractive landscaping are planned on the site. Renovation Wave will take care of every detail to create a unique property that fits perfectly with Warsaw's dynamic development and the historic character of the district.
