VIVA PARK Rzeszow is located in the southwestern part of Rzeszow. The plot on which retail park will be built is located at ul. Przemysłowa in close proximity to the city’s ring road, which provides access to the S19 expressway (exit towards Boguchwała, Krosno, Jasło and Sanok). Directly adjacent to the project area is a Circle K gas station and a McDonald’s restaurant will be built.
Rzeszow is the capital of the Subcarpathian region. A dynamically developing city in the field of aerospace, IT and new technologies (Rzeszow University of Technology). MTU, Borg Warner, Pratt & Whitney, EME Aero, Collins Aerospace, Phoenix have their factories here. Recently, Rzeszow has become a logistics hub and also a NATO military base. All these factors have a positive impact on the purchasing power of the city and county’s residents. Rzeszow, right after Warsaw, has seen the largest population growth since 2011.
