Retail park in Rzeszów

VIVA PARK Rzeszów is located in the south-western part of Rzeszów, on ul. Przemysłowa, close to the city’s ring road, which provides access to the S19 expressway (exit towards Boguchwała, Krosno, Jasło and Sanok). The park has been open since 29 November 2024. A Circle K petrol station is located right next to it, and a McDonald’s restaurant is planned nearby.

Rzeszów is the capital of the Podkarpackie (Subcarpathian) region, a dynamically developing city in the fields of aerospace, IT and new technologies (Rzeszów University of Technology). MTU, Borg Warner, Pratt & Whitney, EME Aero, Collins Aerospace and Phoenix have their factories here. Recently, Rzeszów has become a logistics hub as well as a NATO military base. All these factors have a positive impact on the purchasing power of the residents of the city and the county. After Warsaw, Rzeszów has recorded the largest population growth since 2011.
