Cukry Praga about to get a new life

Renovation Wave has begun work on the revitalization of the historic architectural complex, located at 11 Listopada Street, in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district. Cukry Praga is a place with a rich history, dating back to pre-war Warsaw, when the sugar factory of F. Anczewski, a prominent master confectioner, operated there. Today this historic complex, often described in the literature on Praga and Warsaw’s industrial heritage, is undergoing revitalization. The planned work includes the restoration of the buildings, the superstructure of the eastern outbuilding and the renovation of the facade, while preserving the unique character of the building, which refers to the industrial gothic style valued by architects and history enthusiasts. The revitalization aims to restore the luster of this historic site, reflecting its former splendor and importance to Warsaw’s heritage.

As assured by the CEO of High Capital Management (the management company in the Group in which the investment is being made) Arkadiusz Kownacki – Anczewski’s Factory is an important witness to history that deserves to regain its former glory. Like Wytwórnia Wódek “Koneser” or “Pollena Uroda”, Cukry Praga will undergo revitalization, attracting architecture lovers and investors. Unique lofts and commercial spaces will be created, combining history with modernity to create a unique place to live and do business.

The revitalization will include spacious loft-style apartments and commercial spaces. Each of them will be distinguished by open space, high ceilings and impressive industrial windows that let in plenty of natural light. The distinctive, post-industrial architecture allows for unlimited design possibilities, tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Underground parking spaces and aesthetically pleasing green plantings are planned for the property. Renovation Wave will take care of every detail to create a unique property, perfectly matching the dynamic development of Warsaw and the historic character of the district.
