The Borowiecka Park estate, implemented by developer Vanguard Properties, has been awarded the GREEN HOUSE pre-certificate by the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) as the first development project in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
Customers purchasing a property in the Borowiecka Park estate can be assured that we have met rigorous criteria that go beyond the requirements of the current building code. Our approach is based on concern for the well-being of residents and a sustainable future, and obtaining pre-certification is a confirmation of this. It is a multi-stage process that, in addition to representatives of the general contractor, also involves architects, urban planning consultants, energy modeling specialists, biodiversity experts, a green architect, environmentalists and a certification auditor.
